Denver is adorned with art galleries, antique shops, and modern boutiques, along with fine dining restaurants and quick eateries. The moderate climate allows for enjoyable outdoor living almost year-round.

The surrounding areas are also home to a variety of great parks, museums, restaurants, and golf courses – not to mention world-class ski resorts. 

Arvada is located just eight miles northwest of Denver and showcases an extensive trail system that connects residents to the larger regional trail system and includes 125 miles of hiking, biking and riding. Arvada’s brewery scene is one of the hottest in the Denver metro area! 

Olde Town Arvada offers a charming small-town feel steeped in local history. There are a fantastic selection of bars, breweries, restaurants, galleries and shops at this well-established suburban hub. 

The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, houses spaces for theatrical and musical productions and visual art. Only minutes drive to Major League Sporting Events, Concerts including world renowned venues such a Red Rocks Amphitheatre . The Gold Light Rail Line will connect Arvada to Denver this fall, allowing for easy access to enjoy everything the city has to offer.
